Amazing after sales support! Stephanie went out of her way to help with some parts for a bassinet that needed a bit of a freshen up.We were impressed with the product but after the help we received recently, we will on going returning customers, Thanks guys!

The customer service I received from Stephanie was absolutely outstanding. She helped me with every avenue while I needed help finding replacement parts for a pram that I purchased second hand. Nothing was too much effort and I truely appreciate the extra mile she went to that made things easier on my end.

Stephanie from customer service was very helpful. We had some parts that needed replacing on one of our Love N Care products and they had the part shipped within 24hrs and will be received in a couple of business days. Very customer focused business and a pleasure to deal with.

Love n care mattress has gone mouldy after 6 months of use. I would have expected better quality from a $190 cot mattress. Mattress always used with protector and sheet, regularly changed. Customer service unhelpful.

We bought the Bordeaux Collection 2 years ago. Unfortunately lost the screws upon moving interstate. Called Love n Care for replacements and was extremely happy with the customer service provided. Found the girls extremely helpful! The two ladies that I dealt with were so lovely, I cannot thank them enough for making the process super easy as they were both so efficient. Such a positive experience!

We unfortunately had an issue with our bassinet and the service provided by Stephanie and Love n Care has been outstanding. Within 24 hours, Stephanie had arranged a replacement bassinet to be sent to us under warranty. The customer service is absolutely exceptional. I will definitely recommend this company & their products to anyone especially for their after sales service. Thank you Love n Care

We had an issue with a screw on our cot and within hours I had a call from Ahmad (from Love n Care). He came out same day and replaced the base and screw on our cot so it’s like new. He noticed the dresser was a bit wobbly and came back the next day to assemble it correctly and also fixed a different brand ottoman while he was there. He left his number and said to call if we have any further issues. Exceptional customer service like this is very rare these days so we were super impressed and will definitely buy Love n Care again. Fadi and Stephanie's service is 10 out of 5 stars! I had an issue with a cot purchased from a retailer and Fadi followed up with suggestions for different solutions multiple times, even delivering spare parts to our house. When they didn't work, Fadi offered to replace the cot which saved us a whole lot of stress in the lead up to our first baby. We'll 100% be looking to purchase Love N Care products for all future purchases as a result.

I purchased a lovely little unicorn walker for my baby. One of the little toys was missing. I sent an email late that night and was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply from Stephanie, first thing the following morning. They sent me the missing part by courier. My daughter and I love the toy and I am so impressed by this company’s customer service.
