Baby Massage and Reflexology Classes

I started seeing Harriet when I was pregnant and she did reflexology on me throughout my pregnancy. I was thrilled to hear she offered a baby massage and reflexology course as I thought it would be a lovely way to learn how to connect and soothe my baby. The 5 week course covered the whole body. Included in the price of the course is the massage oil and she provides you with prompt sheets so you can practice at home. Nice small class with 3 other mums and bubs. Best thing about the course was Harriet’s casual approach. Any baby related topics were not off topic and if Harriet felt she could help with reflexology, she would try to assist in some way. For example showing us how to do reflexology for a teething baby or a baby that has a stuffy nose due to having a cold. Harriet is very approachable and welcomed us contacting her if we got stuck with anything we had just learnt. Harriet also made efforts to organise lessons via zoom when unable to attend in person to babies being unwell, or in my case due to covid isolation. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to any new mums wanting to learn something new that can help them connect with their baby.
