Acrylic Blanks

My order was super small batch - just 4 small pieces, but at every stage I felt like my order was just as important to AB as one of their large commercial clients..Great communication with AB keeping me updated with progress of my order.. I wanted to share my experience and disappointment with the customer service of this company. I had ordered acrylic rectangles and glass toppers for an upcoming event. I was very satisfied with the acrylic rectangles, however, the design of the glass toppers was unsatisfactory. We had attempted to fit them on different glasses at our venue but they sat loose and kept falling off. Furthermore, there were items missing from my order.Upon contacting customer service, they sent out my missing items. However, there was no attempt to resolve the issue of the glass toppers and was simply advised by Chloe to “use a thicker glass” and that “the toppers work perfectly” despite attaching photos that proved otherwise. I found this response to be unhelpful and was left without a solution. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the glass toppers at our event and now they will remain unopened and unused.

Great customer service, I called multiple times to ask about various products and staff was always corteous and professional. High quality products and processing time was fast. I’ve bought from AB and will continue to purchase from them and recommend them to my friends!

I was sent the wrong acrylic that was to be used for a wedding. I enquired as soon as I could and customer service via email and IG were horrendous. They took too long to get back to me and I had to reach out multiple times. It's been about a month. I was sent an acrylic with holes in it when I ordered only regular acrylic. I was told i'd be given a partial refund, however only $15 was refunded to me for an item I paid nearly $50 for.I continuously followed up with my dissatisfaction and they have just ignored me and refused to respond.-----Edit-----I ofcourse approved the partial refund, but was not told what percent it was. Iwas moreso dissatisfied about the lack of response and communication

I recently ordered some custom Acrylic for my granddaughters first birthday and the service I received was fantastic.I was kept well informed and updated during the whole design process and could not have been happier with the final products. They were even able to accomodate some of my last minute changes.Staff were very helpful & friendly. I can’t wait to order again

We purchased blank frosted acrylics for our wedding signs, table numbers etc.the process from start to finish was fast and efficient.
