Higher Ground Yoga
Higher Ground Yoga is a beautifully curated and tranquil space in the heart of Red Hill, surrounded by Australian flora! It's a little spot of heaven, with wineries and brunch spots in walking distance - the perfect place to start off a long-weekend if your a city dweller needing some R&R! Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Higher Ground Yoga
So impressed with this tranquil well curated space. I dropped in on a whim while on holidays and was glad I got up early to make this class. Lisa was our instructor this morning and did a splendid job guiding us through a slow flow. Thank you - will be back again

Thank you for creating such a beautiful place to practice.I was blown away by the design. And warm and welcoming space.The 'balance' class was perfect for recovery in my training schedule.I could not recommend Higher Ground more and will be telling everyone i know how wonderful it is!Namaste!

Higher Ground is one of the most beautiful spaces I’ve ever practiced in. The studio itself is stunning, and so peaceful and quiet surrounded by nature. Georgia’s class was beautiful - grounding and nurturing. If I was a local it sure would be my everyday Yoga studio.

I love this beautiful space amongst the gum trees. I have practiced in many studios over the years and this one is by far my favourite. A gentle, light filled space that is connected to the community around it. Experienced teachers and a good range of classes. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful space with a range of yoga classes to practice and an easygoing and relaxed community! Blissful practicing in the treetops with the gorgeous filtered light and birdsong in the background.
