His is trustworthy, patient and always on top of what is happening - we look forward to using him and his team in the future.

Warning to anyone looking to go through Barry Plant (Noble Park). Avoid this place. Every other review posted that’s above 1 star is highly suspicious and are probably posted by employees and former employees or maybe even just friends of the employees. Because I honestly can’t believe anyone would rate this place at all. It has provided by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any real estate agency. I was going to post a lengthy essay but the amount of things I could complain about is overwhelming and I can’t be bothered posting the entire story. so to keep it short and sweet and to help put it into to perspective, it basically set a new standard on what a bad real estate agency could even potentially be. This opinion is coming from somebody who has been through many different agencies over the years. To anyone reading this save your money and time.Responding to Barry plants comment on my post:Why would I give you guys the opportunity to try and publicly justify your actions? I’ve seen the attempts in previous posts. I made this post so others wouldn’t make the same mistake.

Professional & honest from day 1It's been a pleasure dealing with Tim from the beginning of our transaction. Professional and very pleasant, Tim and his team made the whole sale process seamless, comfortable and easy, having provided a more than satisfactory result. Marketing material and front of property presentation on day of auction was also excellent. Without question I would deal with Tim and his team again. Highly recommended to buyers and sellers equally.

Tim and Jeremy were extremely professional and always communicated clearly and honestly. I primarily spoke with Jeremy and was very happy with his service. He kept me updated on every development and was always proactive - I never had to worry about chasing anything up. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this team again and I highly recommend them.

My personal experience of Barry Plant Noble Park is that they need to keep their property owner's happy. They seem to be fine with supporting the property owner's willingness to discriminate against me on the grounds of my disabilities rather than address maintenance issues in a timely manner and without giving me proper notice. I had hoped the agency staff would let him know he is not allowed to treat me this way. It seems they actually support him.

Cara Arends has been managing my property over the years. I am pleased and satisfied with her level of commitment and the management skills she has shown. She has done a great job with maintaining my property and her exceptional communication skills with myself and the tenant. I am very appreciative of her work!
