Purchased an order of face masks the first week of January ahead of work where we needed to be protected at in late Jan/early February. Website had the masks as in stock, so I was confident in ordering from an Aussie business.It is now mid-February, our work has concluded, and we still have not received any products. We do have 2 tracking numbers that have no scanned events, and after speaking with the Auspost team they have suggested that the labels may have been made ahead of the shipping and that nothing has actually been dispatched from the store location, hence no tracking.I can’t say if that is accurate as the customer service team, who have erroneously forwarded internal team emails to us, have stopped responding over a week ago. They won’t cooperate with Australia post on an investigation to find out where the parcels are and have just sent a refund with no communication or explanation.Please be wary from ordering from this online store or from their store front in Canberra (Canberra Diamond Blade Suppliers) they are either doing something dodgy and trying to take advantage of people wanting to be protected during a high demand period, or they are a business that has some serious issues in their supply chain and a wholly incompetent customer service team and can’t coordinate themselves to provide what people purchase.Either way it doesn’t end well for you as the consumer.
