After procrastinating for six months, I gave up the idea of hiring a steam cleaner to clean our carpets. A Pristine Carpet Clean responded promptly and scheduled a clean two days later.Excellent service, respectful and professional cleaner (thanks Leo!).Highly recommended.

I have two kids and three pets, and the traffic on my carpet is just too much. No matter how much I try to clean, it is never really clean. It has been 5 years since I bought my carpet, but since A Pristine Carpet Clean did my carpets and rugs, they look as good as new. The chemicals they used are non-toxic and did not leave any smells. Their services were very professional and they handled my furniture with absolute care.I was very pleased with how flexible the cleaners were; they were able to clean my carpets on a Sunday afternoon. I got a lot of helpful advice on the best products to use and how to best care for my carpets. All prices were confirmed before the work began and this enabled me to plan and allocate funds towards this. I have been using these guys for years, they are always professional, friendly and do an excellent job of cleaning my sofa and carpets. The price is always excellent and Michael responds quickly via email to organize a time. I spilt a drink on my couch last night and contacted Michael this morning, he had one of his guys around here within a couple of hour. Incredible service! Highly recommended!

Good morning,I just wanted to give you some positive feedback re my carpets last Saturday.I think it was Greg who did the cleaning and he did a fabulous job. Whilst there were marks/ stains that I know will never be removed, he certainly improved them and the whole house feels and smells so clean.He was efficient, friendly and fast. Was really happy with the service from A Pristine Carpet Clean. I purchased a voucher online and always a bit concerned the service provider might not be what I am expecting. I emailed to make a booking which was really easy. Julien the technician arrived early. He was very polite and pleasant person to have in my home. I paid extra to have the deep cleaning shampoo. A couple of days later and I still have a damp smell in the house which I am hoping will disappear soon. Some minor stains did not go with the treatment which was a little disappointing.
