I've had my Lekker M2 for going on 2 years now, and I love it. The internal hub and lack of gear changing is perfect for city rides or commutes.If you're happy to pay extra for the convenience, use your bike regularly, and aren't fussed about weight, then it gets my recommendation. Worth a test run!The staff are helpful with info, and I've found servicing easy.

I had recently purchased two e bikes for me and my wife. We put the bikes together and have been enjoying riding them. They are excellent bikes. I needed to purchase a basket for my wife and visited the new store in Alexandria. The staff member I spoke to was great. He went above and beyond when dealing with my inquiries. He took a number of photographs and provided very practical helpful advice to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lekker bikes as a high quality product at very reasonable prices. I would also highly recommend the Lekker staff at Alexandria. They are friendly and helpful in their after sale service.

Bought a Lekker bike back in 2018 and have been coming in for regular servicing and ad hoc repairs. I’ve dealt with quite a few different staff over the years and everyone of them has been really friendly and helpful. They’re just a bunch of cool people who like what they do and do it well.

Absolutely loving my new Lekker Jordaan. I was a bit dubious of buying a bike from a brand I hadn’t heard of before, but due to a back injury I needed to find a bike with a comfortable upright riding positioning.This bike has proven to be the best choice I could find. I have done a couple of rides over 20km now and it’s so comfortable, the ride is smooth, and the handling is great. The bike feels well made and solid to ride but is nice a lightweight too.Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating. Thanks Lekker.

I’m loving my new Jordaan +. The Lekker Sydney crew were amazing; from test ride to order pick up. They busted a gut getting my bike in store and ready to take on hols in a week. Can never go back to analog biking. Game changer.

Totally chuffed with my Lekker e-bike. I bought the bike from Tim, who was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood the differences between the different models before settling on the Outback. It took a few weeks for the bike to arrive (it's a bit like buying a decent sofa, not for the impatient) but once it did, Tim walked me through all the ins and outs of how to operate it and explained the intricacies of the warranty, and sent me off on a test ride to check I grasped the basics before sending me home with my new bike. I've been riding it to and from work ever since, it's been effortless - smooth to ride, easy to operate, holds its charge and has changed my daily commute for the better.

Really good customer service from the manager Craig. I encountered a minor hiccup, and Craig went the extra mile to resolve quickly and without hassle.That's what customer service is all about. No business can claim to be perfect, but all you can ask for is to be solutions-based and take care of your customers.

Fantastic experience with Lekker Australia.Customer service with this company is second to none. From the original setup of an appointment to test ride a bike all the way thought to constant updates regarding delivery date and then a very detailed and interesting walkthrough of all the bikes features upon pickup by a super knowledgeable bloke. I also sent multiple emails with further questions regarding different features of the bike that we purchased (The Outback) all of which were responded to satisfactorily within hours. Awesome.Ghastly Sydney weather has prevented riding for the 2 weeks since picking up (except for a few test trips up and down our street in the brief breaks from the rain) but went for a long ride last night and the bike performed perfectly - comfort, power and style all on show.Thanks Lekker, if the ongoing quality of the ride and the bike itself stand up to your customer service standards we'll be chuffed for a long time.:)

I had a really pleasant experience with this shop and it's workers. Nice man in glasses was very friendly, as well as informative about the bikes and options available! If you want they also can give you a demo drive of the bike you're interested in. The prices they have are also pretty good I think, Me I got mine at a discount, which I'm happy with! If you're looking for a dutch/city bike then this the place to go to.

LOVE my new Lekker e-bike! Tim and team were incredibly helpful even installing my dog basket. Beautiful upright ride, electric power is quite strong (i keep on 0 and just use pedal assist mostly), battery charge lasts long time. And very good value for money given quality. Thanks!
