We can’t imagine trading a day without Ordermate.Such a wonderful system and a team of lovely reps who are always happy to assist.Highly recommended for any cafe!

Until last night I was more than happy with ordermate. But when a week old terminal dies after a tech restarts it and being forced to pay for an after hours call out that’s a line In the sand moment. I’d be ok if we had damaged or caused the fault however this was due to defective ordermate equipment. Leaves you with no confidence that it won’t happen again resulting in a very expensive call out fee. Will be exploring other options this week.

OrderMate offers the best service/product in the Hospitality POS industry. You can truly see the effort and care given by the entire team. I would highly recommend OrderMate if you want to truly partner with someone that is focused on your success, GREAT company to work with!

Before and while purchasing, excellent service. Once purchased, sales rep Pierre doesn’t want to know you. Support team dont want to fix anything, if asked a question they will send you a video link and tell you to fix it. So they charge $165 per month for advice and not support! Trying to fix an issue for over a week now and still going in circles. Tried to contact Pierre months ago, left texts and voice messages and still no reply.

I've just changed to OrderMate and it's been of the best decisions I've made for my business, I actually wish I did it sooner. The trainers all know the hospo industry so well and have really helped me through every step. So far I've had only a couple of questions and the support has been fast and friendly.

I called to reconfigure iPad as I recently needed to get a new modem.when I called the support they require me to join a 165$ Monthly care plan minimum 12 months for a simple configuration issue.I mean I understand to join a plan to get serviced, but the minimum cost of $1900 is too rich for small business that required only very little support once in a long while in my opinion.

Order mate runs smoothly and is very easy to use and to show new employees. We have never had a problem with the Ordermate system and their staff have gone above and beyond to help every time.

An amazing service, that has helped our business for many years. Customer service is excellent, always ready to help and be on call for any questions. The implementation of new technology within our business over the last 2 years, has help shaped and excelled our expectations, giving our customers a more precise and prompt service. I recently upgraded to Ordermate as my POS. I could not be happier. The support team has been fantastic. The initial set up was extremely well guided and once we went live there were only minor adjustments to be made.The integration between My Guest List, Hungry Hungry and Cooking The Books has made the management of my CRM and COGS much easier and provides really sharp analytics.My staff have found the system easy to use with only minimal training.Over all a great solution for a busy restaurant.Highly recommended.A special mention for Cheoni who has been of particular assistance in the initial stages
