Great service and they fixed my bent twisted reading glasses for free. The staff are friendly, efficient and fun. Have been to Eyes on Brassall several times over the last few years and have always received the same excellent friendly helpful service.

All the people are amazing, especially Jodie. I have been going there for more than a couple of years for everything I've needed, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. Recently I had to go out of Ipswich for a longish period, just before my new glasses arrived, they went above and beyond what I expected, posting me the glasses and then following up to make sure they had arrived safely. Definitely the best!!

Went there for 5 years and they diagnosed my mother with an eye disease that we later found out she never had. Not very good

This is far and away the best optometrist in the western corridor. Great service quality products and expert advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Do not use this optometrist. They are rude and all they do is take your money and give no follow up service. I got glasses there 12 months ago on their prescription now I have trouble seeing with their prescription. They said I could have another test but it would cost me Administration fee $30.00 and if I use existing frames it would cost me another $200 for lenses. They made the mistake, go to Spec Savers instead much better value. Two pairs for $199 These people are rip offs and don't care about a customer of 15 years.
