Terry Walsh and Northern Isuzu,Cant honestly thank you enoughMy husband and I bought our first Brand new car around two weeks ago. We bought a D-MAX with a canopy recommended/ customised to suit our family and pet needs. We were exceptionally happy with our buying experience from Terry, and we really love our D-MAX that we decided to go back and also buy a LST Mu-X. Thanks to Terry for once again going above and beyond. I now have my DREAM car I have always wanted. Just got off the phone with Isuzu and according to Isuzu Ute's Australia if you put an ARB bull bar it voids the warranty if your engine blows up as it restricts the airflow and causes the injectors to missfire a piston"Who knew that if you put a Bullbar on your ute it voids the engine warranty...."

Super unfriendly customer care is what I would like to start off with and also the hoops I have had to jump through to even get them to look at my rear seatbelts (that are defective) is a joke. Was going to buy an Isuzu tipper but after the way they have dealt with my situation would never give them another dollar again.

Reported water leak in Ute canopy to Wangaratta dealer when getting my DMax Ute serviced , they were dismissive of my concern and said no Ute is 100% waterproof. They said I should fit a dust kit which they would contact me with a price for, but there was no follow up or contact.I then received a survey from Isuzu asking about my experience.I relayed my story and they came back with a response telling me to take it up with the dealer who had been unresponsive!Why do a survey if you are not going to address any issues raised?.

Useless company in over there heads disturbing the Isuzu Ute range in Australia.They sell fairy dust as you’ll never see a car.Do not trust them, go to another brand that despite the issues being faced across the industry have a clear way to move forward through it and continue to maintain customer service and product supply.The chairman should resign immediately!

Darwin service department, basically they made my car dirty and filthy after I picked it up after it’s first service and I cleaned my car prior to leaving it with the arrogant individuals that left my car in a very untidy state. What price does Isuzu put on customer relations, if the HMG dealership is anything to go by, I would say it’s minuscule. 85K and that’s what I get crumbs on my drivers seat scuff marks all over my sill panel guards, and my running board covered in grime. I’m taking this issue to the social media sites for new owners of the XT Dmax tomorrow if I don’t hear of a reply about what your going to do about these Indian cowboys that run the service department at HMG in Darwin.

Zero stars for Bankstown Heartland Isuzu dealership. Receptionist refused to put me through to Isuzu service centre because my Isuzu had never been taken there before and I tried to explain that I can take my Isuzu to any dealership in the country and she still argued and then hung up on me. Disgusting customer service and I hope Isuzu Australia really take in my complaint about this terrible behaviour. Do not recommend this for anyone as you'll probably have the same experience I did.
