Bunnings Stafford

Store visibility is good due to a good position on a busy road. Parking access is easy with two access points. The staff I found are helpful and friendly. There's a large nursery area with a good quality selection of plants, shrubs and equipment. I received fast service at the café. It's quite a busy branch.

Normally have a great time at this Bunnings and staff are usually very friendly. Today however was a different story. Was not greeted upon entry and had to interrupt two staff members having a personal chat at the front door to get assistance. The young lady who assisted me wasn’t very helpful, complained the system was slow and then googled the product I wanted. Before telling me it seemed that it was an item only available for delivery. I asked where the kitchen section was and she vaguely pointed and told me near a blue desk. I walked through the store looking for the items I was after and passed no less than 8 staff members. Not a single one acknowledged me or offered help and most seemed too preoccupied leaning on counters, chatting to other staff or looking at their phones. As I left empty handed I passed the same lady now having a giggle and a chat with two other staff members. None of who said goodbye or acknowledged me as I left.Honestly just disappointed. You normally expect friendly and helpful staff at Bunnings and I always feel well looked after but today felt like no one wanted to be there, the staff or me!

I want to thank the young staff member who gave my son and I a box of Easter eggs. He cheered us up so much. What a lovely gesture. This is our favourite store and we visit several times a week. Thank you and Happy Easter to all who read this.

Tuesday afternoon stroll at Bunnings with the baby and pram in stroll. Seriously does any staff member in this store smile or acknowledge their customers? The rudeness of staff member at the kitchen counter was a joke! And the staff member that stood there and looked at me when purchasing something like I was stealing it is a joke!!

Thank you Matty and Ashleigh Bunnings Warehouse Stafford for the most amazing customer service on Friday.I was in a hurry and needed to have my plant cutting planted in a pot and ready to prepare for a fundraising 'voucher tree.'Their assistance was so customer focused I have become a raving Bunnings fan!Matty went out of his way to help, he prepared the plant in the pot and even added some rocks and I was able to deliver my professional looking fundraising contribution on time!Again, thank you Bunnings Stafford.

Good layout and stock. Staff are not very pleasant or helpful. Especially in the tool shop

Very bad process,I bought a Ozito tool from bunnings.I lost my receipt and I went their branch for exchanging the product, they told they can't do it because I lost the receipt.I ask them why you are not able to find my purchase details by scanning the product or referring my card details.They told their system is not updated the way and they didn't accept my request for exchange.Even the product which I was purchased was Ozito and as per my knowledge it is bunnings own product.Very bad process, in 2022 following a outdate process is a very bad for them.Beware while you purchase from them and they have tricky ways to avoid refund or exchange.

A smaller store than most so finding a park in the trades section was a little difficult, but the staff in that section were quick to offer assitance to place our wood on the roof, got us out of there within 10 minutes of arriving.

I encountered a very inconvienient problem with click and collect at a different bunnings store, so I came to Stafford where I was met by Veronica and Ben who went out of their way to rectify the problem.They listened and delivered.Top Notch service by these two and so friendly, smiley and helpful.Thank you
