I booked a styling service for the day of an event at 3.30pm… then the MORNING OF I get a message saying they can now only do 2pm. I replied saying I can’t as I don’t finish work until 3. Received a message back saying they now can’t do my appointment at all unless I come in at 2pm as she double booked herself… I now need to try and find somewhere else with an available appointment the day of an event to style my hair. I used the online booking system, so unsure how this happened? I haven’t even yet been inside to have anything done, I’m sure the services they provide are fine.. but with the inconvenience and disappointing customer service I received before I even got to the salon, I won’t be coming back.

The only salon in Adelaide that I genuinely trust with my hair. Couldn't recommend Joanna more!

My teenage daughter needed a full head of foils desperately and had previously had them elsewhere and faded out. I rang Joanne and she explained the process step by step before booking including cost. At appt with my daughter she again went through the process advising what we would do every step of the way and a realistic outcome of the colour. She also explained how to maintain her hair and what was required to keep that colour long term. Amazing service and so glad we found a professional who knows hair result was amazing. Will be back highly recommended absolutely gorgeous colour

Joanna is AMAZING at blonde colour correction! She not only fixed horrible work from a different salon but had me out the door in 2 hours! She's friendly, professional and her work is absolute quality. Highly recommend!!
