Anytime Fitness

**WARNING FOR ANYONE SETTING UP A MEMBERSHIP**Setup a year membership with anytime fitness Wyndhamvale, the gym itself is great, but the direct debit company they use are called debit success, if you google them you will see they are a extremely horrible company to deal with and actively scam people. my contract ended and without any warning or permission took money out of my account and said I was $200 overdue months after my membership was ended.. they threatened me to pay $200 for nothing when I don’t have an active membership anymore, they have also threatened me with debt collectors.I have tried to call this gym multiple times but no one ever answers the phone, but the gym was quick to harass me with calls and texts if I was a day late with my membership payment. I would look elsewhere for a gym that doesn’t support this sort of behaviour and headache

avoid if you are unsure about your future gym use. one signed up for this , it will be very hard to get out of this. transfer and cancellation is equally painful.

It is too expensive compared to other gyms. The equipment available does not match the price. The gym is stinky and smells of sweat.

I’d like to firstly start off by expressing how much I love Anytime Fitness. I have a regular branch that I use however whilst I’m in Wyndham Vale I visit the Manor Lakes Branch. I absolutely love the set up, equipment and convenient location however IT IS AN EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. The amount of stares and intimidation that takes place on the gym floor is extremely unsettling. Every other Anytime Fitness that I visit does not seem to have this problem but unfortunately this problem can’t be addressed. My advice is if you just come to train, and are on a personal fitness journey, your better off visiting one of the other branches that are local. Way too much attitude and intimidation on the gym floor here from certain individuals. People like that should be banned from gyms and their memberships revoked.

Lovely gym with lovely staff and very well equipped. I am more then happy with anytime fitness Wyndham vale. The team are very helpful and have shown me numerous workouts and how to use different machines. I look forward to continue training and getting fit at anytime fitness Wyndham vale

Extremely enjoy visiting this gym everyday. The staff are phenomenal and I personally enjoy going to the daily group classes Monday to Saturday. Facilities are perfect. I strongly recommend this gym to everyone and especially the group classes to any new members.

Bad experience trying to cancel - will contact to try PT sessions but not to cancel at all.

It's pretty cosy for a gym and the fact you can access it anytime makes it very convenient for a lot of people since you can go during off hours. Unfortunately the membership is more on the pricier side but overall it's not such a bad trade-off.

Great set up I generally go in the mrng pending on were iam with work ,nice n clean plenty of equipment

Avoid like the plague. The environment is not good for anyone gender diverse, they don’t call back, cancellation is a nightmare, the like to lock you in and hide behind the contract. I once asked about pausing and cancellation said that you could pause but would have to pay out, to later find out that you can pay 50%. They will never have the decency to inform you when they go month to month. Asked for the corporate number they gave me the one to US Anytime fitness. There are way better gyms in area that actually provide good customer service and value.
