My wife and I have profound physical disabilities and we are totally reliant on electricity for all of our disability specific equipment. We engaged Solargain to provide and install our solar power system. The sales team was excellent with helping us to design it and the installation folk had it up and working in no time. A couple months later, we had an issue with our hot water system on a Sunday and Solargain had a technician out here before lunch. We highly recommend Solargain.

I have purchased three solar panel systems from Solar gain. They have been honest, reliable, good prices, good equipment and generally great to deal with. That's why I've ended up using them 3 times already.

Very disappointing. Arrogant sales people. Delayed installation date again and again. When the installer finally came, they said their ladder is not high enough, they need to reschedule it. One guy had loose bowels and made my toilet very disgusting. However, no one contact me regards to the re-schedule, after I followed up, they said they can not do it because they can't reach the level 1 roof, they need to cancel this order. What a joke.

The installation was moved almost a month early by a cancellation, which was great for me.The team arrived on the rainiest wettest day this month, they installed all they could in the wet. Then in the 2 hours the sun came out they managed to complete the rest of the installation.Absolutely amazing service and quality of install. Highly Recommend!

Every step was so easy. Leighton made sure I got the system I needed based off of my household usage without trying to upsell me on anything.All emails were answered back quite quickly as well.Contractor (Thomas) sent out to install panels was on time, my partner was at home while install was happening and said all trades were polite and respectful. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, also will be back in contact with Solargain once a larger system and a battery is needed.

Fantastic quote process, very detailed and prompt. Theres no hard sell, which I found comforting. Quality panels and converter. Very happy with the installation and handover process. We also installed an iStore hot water system and it is great. Nice instant hot water and plenty for a family of 4.

Very good communication before the installation. The installers themselves were courteous and hard-working. I was particularly impressed that they left my roof better than they found it. I had been meaning to fix a tile myself, when one of them must have seen it and just did it himself without mentioning anything. that was classy. Now the system works well and we are all happy all of 4 days in.

James De Santos was very helpful and professional. He helped us through out the solar installation journey, great service and products. Highly recommended if you are deciding which solar company to choose from.
