The are scamming people saying you ll be getting a free watch with if you purchase a iPhone 14 but later said we ll get it in three days and now it’s been a month and they still been making some excuses. I believe we are already paying for the watch sim and extra a bit. Neva using Optus againVery unprofessional

Not even a star for this shop. Don’t go there, if anything like my experience you’ll get scam. Worst customer service experience.Sales mislead me by telling flase information about the plan and phone after 3 months of waiting nothings changed. If you don’t want to be fooled thenavoid this store.

Great customer service here, we were so amazed by the patience and how pleasant they were with us. Even entertained our baby walking him around the store and playing baby shark on speakers while we had a minute to sign the paperwork.Thank you guys!Highly recommended

I've been in and out of Optus stores and customer care all to no prevail. Karan looked after me and fixed eveything not once not twice but everysingle time we asked for help. Can not recommend this guy enough and at the same time can not believe people like him still exist in the retail world. Do not understand why there is no appreciation for people like him.

Innaloo Optus is untrustworthy and deceptive. Their staff lies and avoids answering questions, instead referring customers to their unhelpful customer service. Their focus is on making a quick sale, rather than providing genuine customer service. This is a terrible experience and should be avoided.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Firstly, no information or whatsoever provided and upon querying our concerns, very rude and unprofessional behaviour. The guy working there literally ask us to leave for raising a question. Long story short, we cancelled our plan. Optus, please ramp up your customer service at Innaloo center as there is no shortage of providers.

Very helpful staff attended to our needs as soon as they were free. It was very busy when we arrived, so there was a wait to be served but nothing unreasonable.
