They are only nice until you pay the money. While installing hybrid flooring they damaged my wall, when I informed them with evidence they refused to get it fixed. After 3 months of installation flooring started coming off. While contacted Sri Imports, they said in very rude tone that it’s out of warranty period. We will charge to fix it.

Sri Imports was an honourable salesman that gives me confidence to recommend and buy from him again.

Poor costumers services I have ever seen in Australia. First of all he is too rude to be in Sales business, secondly he won't give you full disclosure of tiles. If you run out of tiles and purchase some extra tiles he will charge you double prices for 2-3 boxes. I will request to all the buyers to pay little extra somewhere else at a decent place but don't even look at him.I paid cash for those extra tiles and he is smart and he is asking me to provide the invoice. Mate i paid cash the money due to couldn’t find that sort of tile somewhere else.

The tiles from sri imports, I am very happy with the price and customer service has been provided. There are so many variety of tiles and so on... Sri recommended me few options to go for and I am satisfied with what I have bought it. Also i recommended to my friends... thanks for the support.

I would not have given even a star unless it was mandatory. The owner of the company is extremely rude and arrogant and has no business etiquettes . I needed a sample to check the tiles matching my kitchen benchtop . Fair enough they didn’t allow that or have a policy of no return when boxes are opened but the tone and manner he spoke was extremely disrespectful and unpleasant and offered no solution and instead suggested us going to national tiles or other company since our order was only small . I hope someday he realises being humble will generate you a goodwill. As for me I would never recommend this place to anyone . It was one of the worst customer experiences . Good luck Sri imports ! And like most of the other replies I hope you won’t disguise my honest feedback as a fake competitor review because that isn’t . There is no wonder that the others also felt that the owner is rude and arrogant !!!To your last reply First of all there were 5 boxes we needed and not 3 and I never expected anything free . Secondly I was willing to pay for the sample or box and fair enough you wouldn’t accept it back but someone walking through your door willing to do business needs to be treated with respect and dignity . Look at your other customer reviews it also mentions that you were rude and arrogant and one person also mentioned anger management which is exactly how I felt . I would take this as a positive criticism so next time someone walked in your door irrespective of the order size You would at least talk to them with respect . For me having dealt with many other tradies and companies this has never happened !!! Let’s call a spade a spade .

We have done flooring from Sri Imports. I have got much discount on the tiles. Apart from this, my house is looking so decorative. All in all , the wonderful service is given by the company. I recommend everyone to visit this company once if you want to purchase items for flooring and all that as variety of stock is available there.Thanks

The worst customer service ever!!! The most shifty place in the world.We placed an order of around 100 sqm tiles from them with a condition of goods to deliver on Friday 19/8. As there was no storage area in our renovation house, before paying, i confirmed again the delivery date. They said yes but delivered them 1 week earlier. I was shocked when receiving a call from the driver. I immediately called the store but they said that they had to clean and moved their warehouse and had to deliver today. The worst thing was that they made up the story of me telling them to deliver earlier. This was a BIGGEST LIE!!! I never thought that I would receive such a service in this country. If I could, i would give them -1000000000000000000000000000000000 Star!!! I am surprised how the business can survive with such a bad attitude.EDITED.
