twice ive gone to use cash payment on the automated clean and twice at has taken my money but only registered notes and not the coins. Making a $16 dollar wash become a $25 dollar wash. Of course there's no active phone number too so you cant complain. I would like a follow up but I doubt that. Will happen.

Rubbish auto wash, paid for the deluxe auto wash, after the rinse, there is no drying process at all, your car is left soaked with water all over. Ofcourse that leaves the car with dried water spots all over in a few hours, I have never seen an auto wash that doesn’t dry as part of the final cycle, unacceptable.

Only used the dog washb I see a lot of ppl walk over have a look and drive away I haven't washed my car there as we went to at one stage and the machen was broken I do see a lot of ppl using the wash bays but never used myself.

Paid $16 for the premium automatic car wash and came away very disappointed (cycle seemed to be very quick and may have been disfunctioning?). In fact I went home and hand washed my car. Went back several times over the next week to try to talk to a staff member and ask for a refund, no luck in finding someone there.

Good place for cleaning and vacuuming your vehicle. Make sure you have change for the dog wash as the staff are not always there. Drive in easy if your vehicle is lowered, it can scrap.

The hot foam carpet cleaner did not work, took my money and made noise but no foam would come out when button was pressed. Hours inaccurate, closes from 10pm-7am, not 24 hours

Car wash took my money and didn't give me a wash the first time and 2nd time it ripped my taxi sign off the roof. So now I never use the automatic carwash here. Never had any issues with the taxi in any other automatic carwash, just this one.
