I waited quite a while for my prescription this afternoon. I lined up to get my prescription when two females didn't even look me in the eye and stormed past me from another line. Due to non-clear floor instructions on where to line up, I had to wait a fair while to eventually get served. I will steer clear of Sebastopol and this chemist. Rude people.

Absolutely the worst service I've experienced. During COVID we are asked to call to make sure our prescriptions are ready when we get there to avoid high traffic in the store and I get a rude answer and put on hold for 10minutes. Only to have the rudest conversation of my life. I've heard really bad things from other people but didn't expect this. Appalling customer service. I hope that someone can read this and actually put some steps in place to fix the service customers receive at this store.

There was recently a huge line. I came in to pick up a Click & Collect and due to health reasons I'm unable to stand for long periods. However the staff did their best to serve all the customers and that's all I can ask.I am a regular customer and will happily continue to shop with them and get home deliveries where possible as I have found that to be a great service also.

This chemist has really dropped off in service. No one at scripts waiting yet after waiting 45 minutes was still not ready, had to go away and come back later. Then to have a Doctor prescribed script being questioned as to my needs. Won't go back now.

Always very clean whenever I go in. Wide variety of stock and the friendly staff are always willing to help with any enquiries you may have. Very good parking also- both on street and in a free carpark adjacent to the entrance.

Worst chemist ever, first time I got them to order in my diabetes sensor, called 3 days later to find out that they weren’t even ordered. Ordered them again last Thursday, got told they would be on Friday, didn’t receive a call so called them. Lady apologies and said they would be in Monday, again no call or anything. Went in today because surely they are in, NOPE. Again absolutely no communication whatsoever from them.Definitely will not be back

Always shopped here in the past, so far so good until today. The security was behind me all the time as if I’m stealing something, like what in the world is he doing. I mean what’s the category you need to be able to shop freely without anyone tailing you?So, if you want to shop with that security behind your back all the time, good luck!

Pharmacist was rude, obviously coughing and not wearing a mask. Not acceptable for someone in high contact with vulnerable population. Avoid.
