I wasn't aware that Gladstone had an OMF store but was exhilarated after finding out. I ended up purchasing a mattress and bedframe and couldn't be happier with my bed, excellent prices and customer service was second to none. No question was left unanswered and the staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

I was overdue for a new mattress and was preparing to do a lot of shopping around to make the right choice.OMF Gladstone had recently opened, so I went there first. Not only does OMF allow you to spend as much time as needed trialling mattresses in store while using your own pillow, you can then trial your chosen mattress at home for 30 days - this is standard OMF practice.Thank you to Colleen and the rest of the OMF Gladstone team for your practical advice, and the courteous, friendly manner in which it was given.My new mattress is very comfortable and supportive, and three months on, I am so far very pleased with my purchase.
