Alterations by Marzena

Very poor customer service. I paid for a simple alteration service to shorten the length of a pair of trousers. I was not happy with the length that they were shortened to and accordingly returned the trousers for them to be adjusted to a length that I would be happy with. I was advised that I would have to pay for a further amount of alteration fees at full price. Not at all satisfied and would never use this business again. Thumbs down for me!

Marzena has tailored 5 pairs of pants for me and takes excellent care and attention to detail.

Review written on behalf of my mum. She had two silk garments made one of which she is wearing to her daughter's wedding. Marzena was very helpful in talking through the design and style in the beginning and she was really thrilled with the result. Both pieces were beautifully created, and therefore would highly recommend Marzena's dressmaking and alteration services.

I had contacted this business for some repairs to my wife's dress. the lady on the phone was very helpful. I explained that the dress in question had had an issue with a melting due to a poor quality iron, she did not over promise and said they would try their best. The dress was left with the store for pick up later. My wife picked up the dress a short while later and it was as if nothing had happened to the dress, in pristine condition it was repaired professionally and you would not know there was an issue. Could not have been happier and a crisis was definitely avoided. Will be coming back to this business for future work as I simply would not recommend their works any higher.

I brought a suit jacket in for sleeve shortening. Marzena was very quick and professional. Can't even tell it's been altered.

Marzena Did an incredible job altering my dress into a skirt and top, she did it so so quickly and such a reasonable price. She was nonjudgmental of my tattoos and extremely accommodating. I’d recommend her to everyone and I’ll definitely be back!
