JLI Computer Repairs provided the ultimate customer service when I was searching for the right computer set up. Recommended a great tablet and keyboard combo that is perfect and exactly what I needed. They did all the ground work for me and organised/sourced everything and had it in my hands in no time at all! After hours and hours of trying to get a computerized loom to work, I went to the OZpc shop at Capalaba for advice and they referred me to James, at JLI Computers. Thank you! Not only did James come asap, he gave the right advice, cleaned the laptop and put in the right drivers etc to make it all possible. I can only highly recommend James for trusting him with all your Computer issues. And if you weave on a computerised loom and have any problems, he would be first port of call. Thank you James!

I contacted James re some computer issues I was having and he came to my home within 24hrs. Suffice to say all probs were fixed and he explained to me the issues and fixes in terms that I could easily understand. That is the first time anybody has spent the time and effort to do that and i very much appreciate it. I would recommend James and his company to anybody with any computer issues. Fast, friendly and expert. A pleasure to deal with.
