Bupa Optical & Hearing Pacific Fair

I have visited this store a few times over the past few years and have always had a pleasant experience. Last year I had to change to Medibank due to my job so used Specsavers, Robina last year. Although the staff there were friendly enough I found the experience difficult & had several issues with my glasses (I gave up and chose not to wear them in the end). I was extremely happy when work changed our cover to Bupa so as soon as I became a member again I returned to the Pacific Fair store. I knew the quality and service couldn't compare and I wasn't disappointed. Melanie and Emma were fantastic and you can tell they genuinely care for their customers. They were both extremely helpful and I had a very positive experience. They should be commended on their high level of customer service and I will continue to use this store for any optical related services in the future.

Consultation and treatment with the optometrist was fine, however, the end sale experience, when selecting and purchasing the spectacles, was a real disappointment.At no point during the whole hour I was there, it was made clear that the cost of the frame did not include the cost of the lens, in fact, this is not stated anywhere in your website either. So the added expense was a surprise.To top it all up, when a arrived home and had another look at my receipt, I noticed I had been charged for an extended 2 year warranty that I did not request and in fact had not even come up in conversation throughout the whole ordeal! I felt completely ripped off!I did however, return the next day and complained about this and my money was refunded without any fuss. But the hardcore canned sales pitch to add extra things to the lens and dishonest behaviour, adding extra hidden costs, was just appalling.I honestly thought I was doing the right thing by going to Bupa for my optical needs, since I already pay for this service, I thought I would be looked after. This was sadley not the case! I do not intend to go back to any Bupa Optical ever again.

Went into the Pacific Fair store today with a pair of glasses that I had accidentally bent the arms on.These glasses I did not even purchase from Bupa, but Mabel and Gift did an amazing Job and straightens the arms to perfection. 5 star customer service, I highly recommend this store and I will be back.

I felt completely discriminated. I never had this kind of experience anywhere in the world. I am Asian and my husband is Caucasian.We spend almost same amount of money to get new glasses here in Bupa optical pacific fair. When we got here to pick up our glasses, my husband already had his own glasses case and I didn't, a staff(she) asked my husband if he need the case and he got one. She didn't even ask me if I needed one and gave my glasses with plastic wrapped up.I felt insulted and totally discriminated. This kind of behavior towards people of color has to be stop. I will Never ever forget what you did to me. I didn't want to rate even one star but it doesn't let me post it. Terrible place to get eye glasses!

Great service. Friendly knowledgeable staff. One stop shop for branded or budget conscious range of glasses and sunnies. Selected range of work safety glasses. Optical and hearing testing available. A range of hearing aides are available too.

Our family attend this optometrist, and have done for many years now and all have received exceptional service everytime. From periodic Consult, Pre-sales, and post-sales customer care, even warranty claims care has exceeded our expectations every time. My partner tried somewhere else once (simply for a brand of frame) but we ended back up not proceeding and straight back here quick smart. The teams combined knowledge is 2nd to none! Keep doing what your doing Natalie & Crew!

My whole family has been to this store and we were very happy. From the eye test through to the pick up of the new glasses - plus being with BUPA we get more for our money at this store. Win Win!
