I have come here to edit my review. Previously, I stated 5 stars for customer service. Recently, a spark plug/coil failed and needed replacing. I was grateful that I could be fit in to fix the issue. I advised that as I'd recently had a service at Ultratune, I didn't have excess money to spend, asking for a quote.I was told that a quote would be difficult to provide but that they'd look after me." We had a major car emergency on a weekend away. Leo helped us out even though we weren't paying customers. He quickly inspected our vehicle (after closing time) and then gave us practical and sensible advice about what we should do. He let us leave our vehicle in his car park for towing and took care of giving the tow truck company the keys on our behalf. We are very grateful to Leo and would highly recommend him to others.
