Best coffee ever... Their large (16oz) comes w/ 2 shots only, so make sure you get an extra shot so that the flavour doesn't get washed out. Ordered 4 times and never got disappointed! It's just blowing my mind. Thanks for keeping me functioning for the day!

I ordered a coffee here on 10/9/22 and requested a double shot Oat latte, I’m lactose intolerant so I specifically double checked that they took my order correctly and the lady repeated it back to me. After consuming the entire coffee I realise that the order was incorrect otherwise I would have taken it back and made this complaint in person. You may think, oh it’s not a big deal but when it effects your work commitments as the milk has made me feel extremely unwell then it is a big deal and has ruined my day. This experience has made me loose faith in your brand and I will never have another soul origin coffee again and cannot recommend purchasing anything from any of your stores as I can’t trust your staff.

I have noticed the staff has changed same as a level of hygiene. When my coffee was being made I noticed their batista used dirty tools and I pointed out at it. She didn't appologise but made a new one.While she was making a new coffee she switched to speaking a foreign language to her colleagues, so I couldn't understand what she was saying.

Delicious salad and friendly service today. I highly recommend the Buffalo falafel salad and the Rocket and bocconcini salad.

Worst place ever. i ordered crumbed chicken pasta and she packed the entire plate with cabbage and pasta and no chicken at all.. i had to literally tell her that i ordered chicken pasta, at least put some chicken in it. if only i could give any minus stars but unfortunately can't go further below than this, but they have gone down to the bottom.very very disappointed.
