Unfortunately Carol's communication style, expectation of a potential clients commitment level and lack of follow through far exceeded anything I could have anticipated.I have had more professional experiences purchasing $10 items off private FB marketplace sellers than from someone promoting themselves as a professional service provider.

I hired Carol recently to take some staff team photos for my Architecture company. Carol was great to deal with and was highly professional throughout our dealings. She has a very calm and friendly persona which instantly made everyone feel relaxed in an environment that can often be uncomfortable.
