Not often you get a salon where every hairdresser is very good, but Hi Lites is excellent. Highly recommend.

I found the lady that I talked to was really very rude and condescending towards me, she kept referring to me as You people" when I said I didn't buy shampoo and conditioner at a salon and then again when I said I was only using toners on my hair

Not impressed at all. I wanted to keep the length of my hair just needed the very ends snipped off and have a thinning the young lady who did my hair chopped way more off then I had wanted and after I stressed how much I wanted to keep my length she had still taken a fair chunk out (she started at the back so I didnt see until she came to the front) then she proceeded to thin my hair now I do understand how thinning works but now i have a fair amount of noticable chunks where it looks like a 6 year old attempted to cut my hair and a huge section of my hair is now half the length it originally was (luckily it's the middle section so I can hide majority of it) but unfortunately for the price i paid it wasnt worth it and I dont have any intentions on returning in the future.

I've been getting my hair cut at Hi Lites for maybe 2 years now and I have never once been disappointed with their work. Demi always does a great job of looking after me, is attentive and remembers our past conversations. The prices are fantastic. I'd certainly recommend Hi Lites.
