Wow what a great product, so happy with our blinds it has really changed our patio area essentially creating another room. The service from the get go was professional and friendly, I have since recommended to my family and friends who have all had blinds installed.

Ordered an outdoor blind and requested the edges were sealed to stop any fraying, no problem we can do that ! Blind arrived and fitted with raw edges and already starting to fray ! Installer demanded payment and said store would come and look, called store and came out to view but said that's how they come, we don't make them !! sorry but there are literally thousands of these blinds out there with either a hem on the edge or welded to seal, very poor quality fitting too as it was rubbing on my existing window treatment underneath, brackets also going rusty now after being butchered to fit by installers, would never recommend this company customer service is rubbish once they have your money !

Rhain & Jackson installed my electric blinds this week and the teamwork from this young couple is incredible they should be very proud of their achievements. They were not the cheapest quote I had received but the quality of the blinds and the hard work they put in is 100% worth the extra price in my opinion.I highly recommend choosing these guys!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. We asked for a refund on our deposit. The are taking forever to return it. Even though when they asked for the deposit. We paid it the same day. Will never recommend to anybody!If I could give minus stars I would.

The blinds were great to start with but after five years and a couple of problems this company doesn't want to know about it. I first phoned 1st July and then 3rd August for them to come and fix a couple of problems. Got told I am on their maintenance schedule each time. It's now 31st August and still haven't had someone come to fix the blinds. :(

We recently had Outdoor Blind Designs install blinds on our patio.We are extremely happy with our blinds.The whole experience from us walking into their show room to installation went without any issues arising.Thank you for meeting our requirements in a very small time frame.

Total lack of communication after placing an order and paying money. It amazes me what companies are going to blame for the poor service after COVID 19 disappears. Why shop local....better off dealing with larger companies out of Perth who are happy to travel to Mandurah. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Really unimpressed with the after sale service by this company. After being initially happy with our blinds and recommending them to numerous friends who have since had them installed would seriously look elsewhere in the future. After the zips literally crumbled rendering the blind useless I called up inquiring about repair options. I was advised there would be a wait to get a tech out and a quicker option would be to take them down myself and bring them to the store which I have done. Two weeks later hearing nothing back I called in and inquired. I was told she would follow up but new installations take priority! I should receive a call next week with a time expectation. Upon trying to voice my disappointment with the lack of communication and expectation so far I was literally not able to get a word in edgeways and listened to escalations in tone and excuses. Not how you treat customers no matter what internal adversities you are faced with, chose you words wisely and manage expectations according to capacity if you hope to build on your business in the future.

The blinds are great but the communication from this company is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I was told my blinds would be installed on a Friday, so organized for my outdoor furniture to be delivered on the weekend. I rang the company just before 3.30pm on the Friday as my blinds hadn’t been installed, only to be told that they have, even though I was standing on my back patio and there were clearly no blinds there. I was then told everyone had already knocked off for the day and that they would be installed Monday and they’d call me Monday to confirm this. I had a call Monday morning from Gemma saying they’d been held up at another job and that she’d knocked off early Friday, hence why I didn’t get a phone call. That they could install them Wednesday morning, I expressed I wasn’t happy with the no communication Friday and that because they hadn’t called to let me know, I had to pay an extra delivery charge for delaying my furniture delivery. Her response to this was she just laughed and said sorry. Not an impressed customer!

We wanted to support local (Mandurah) especially during COVID but this decision has been very regretful. Paid top price for a very average service. I would not recommend or use this business again.
