Was good but didn't really find what I was looking for but no time to run around. Some items staff only knew because we had found online. Perhaps they are under pressure.

Good service and has quite a variety of travel bags with good discounts too which is value for money well spent. The loyalty card does help by giving more discounts.

Walked in today around 12.30pm both my Mum and I had trouble see a price on the tags (was in the corner in small writing). We politely asked if we could be told the price of a suitcase and the rude staff member rudely replied “they are literally on tags you were just looking at”. As I was willing to by the bag before I was spoken to like this, I changed my mind quickly and went elsewhere.

I purchased a bag today and came home and was shocked when I saw that inside in inner pocket were left tablets Voltaren and Ibruprofen. That bag is not new and still cannot believe that they try to cheat on their customer.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would.To start, my partner and I went in to buy a bag. Compared to the rest of the items, it was one of the more expensive items.As I was walking towards the counter with said bag, Petra snatched the bag out of my hand and said “are you going to steal this bag or buy it?”We were told that we would receive a call back from the manager to rectify the situation. However, almost 3 weeks and still no call.I have many years working experience in retail, and this is just not good enough.There obviously is some discrepancies with training…The manager had the opportunity to avoid this review being written, BUT HERE WE ARE.I won’t be back.
