Expensive starting point then decided to add an additional charge for being a difficult dog to groom? I have an 8kg schnoodle and have never had that being an issue.This is your job as a groomer……Anyway not coming back here.

AVOID!I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and they have always done a good job. Think there’s been some staffing changes because the person I dealt with today was really terrible. I gave clear instructions about the sort of cut we wanted, even left a photo and specifically said no Pom Pom tail. No time range was given as to when I could pick him up. When I finally got the call and arrived he’d had a completely different cut and had a Pom Pom tail. New staff member then tells me because the groomer is ‘a girl’ I should find another groomer because my dog is quite big. At least that’s what I think he was saying because I couldn’t understand him. This didn’t seem to be a problem the last 5 times I took this same dog to get a haircut here. Think they are down to only one groomer. This should have been communicated to me before I took him. Charged $200 for a cut I didn’t want. Appalling customer service. And poor dog won’t stop drinking because I don’t think they offered him any water while he was there. Avoid.**Edited to add: My dog was NOT matted all over. He had 2 places where the hair was quite matted which we discussed. He had been to be groomed at your business at least 4-5 times and his size was never raised as a problem. This should have been mentioned before I booked.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HEREI dropped my toy poodle off for a groom and within 10 minutes I got a call from somebody who saved him from the road after being hit by a car!This place is not secure as holes in fence and they leave the gate open at the front.This has been completely stressful and upsetting ordeal for our entire family and dog requires surgery :(

They are the kindest and best groomer around. Scheduling with them is a breeze, and they really listen to your requests. No one has ever made my dogs’ haircuts match their personalities as perfectly as Pets R People 2. We’ve been coming here for almost a year now and we’re not going anywhere else.

Brilliant groomers. Took my Japanese Spitz + Pug and they did a fantastic job on both - the dogs are still smelling great over a week later! Great pricing as well. We will be back!

Our dog doesn’t even look back when we drop him off and in the past he has had the worst separation anxiety.I would highly recommend the “Pets R people 2” They consistently take great care of our toy cavoodle.
