Recently had a problem with the cable coming off the spool resulting in the door dropping on one side. I called Fred and he promised to be here within 90 mins. And he was. Fixed the problem within 1 hour and serviced the rest of the door at the same time. He's very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend him to fix your garage door.

Freddy came at 6:30pm Saturday night, he changed our broken motor, gave our garage door a service and left the garage spotless. I absolutely 100% value his workmanship and highly recommend using him.
