Great experience, lovely team. I had Scarlett for my laser hair removal (underarm and Hollywood Brazilian) knowing how awkward this can be Scarlett made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend bayside laser clinics!

I had my first laser session today with Sarah. I think she could tell I was feeling a bit nervous and self conscious because she was so gentle and kind to me. She was very thorougher in explaining the process and aftercare while patiently answering my random questions. I really appreciated her checking on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable during the laser session. She was very friendly and calming to me while I was in such a vulnerable state. Now I can’t wait for my next session and to see the progress it makes! :)

I have used bayside clinic for many years and they are absolutely fantastic. Chloe was so amazing and makes you feel comfortable and makes it such a pleasure and enjoyable process.

I've been going to LCA in Frankston for a while now for Brazilian and underarms laser. There are some lovely girls there that made me feel welcomed, but the majority of the time it was the opposite, not to mention it is someone different doing the treatment every. single. time. One person will say one thing, the next will say another.Today, I went in for a routine appointment - my appointment was not in the system, but the lady at the front desk was more than happy to fit me in. However, the girl who did my treatment today was so rude and unprofessional, and clearly seems to hate her job. After I had explained that I had sun exposure, we came to the conclusion (after a small argument) that we would not do my underarms, and that she would do Brazilian as much as she could - I totally understand this. However, there was NO pain nor redness at all during / after the treatment, indicating to me that she has put the settings on the lowest.This girl has then charged me for the full Brazilian AND underarms treatment that I had pre-paid for, when I clearly did NOT get underarms, and highly doubt that I got the proper Brazilian treatment (or as close to it as possible given the circumstances).I won't be coming back here. I think a bit of mannerisms for some of the girls needs improving - if you're going to work in a customer based profession that revolves around people being vulnerable with the private parts out, I think a bit of kindness would go a long way.

Great clinic. Have had 3 area's lasered now and always great results. Staff are always lovely and accommodating. Very happy with my results from my laser hair removal treatments. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Scarlett was so professional and thorough. I felt so comfortable at my appointment, as I do usually with most of the girls! She has amazing knowledge and suggestions really considering your needs and concerns.

Great experience, was made to feel comfortable addressing my troubled areas. Staff are all welcoming, for my first time using laser I was given all the right information on how to prepare my skin and also after treatment care.highly recommend!
