Karen Williams from Basic Country Cremations & Burials was absolutely the most empathetic lady to deal with at a time when my world was falling apart. She made the process of arranging my husbands cremation simple and nothing was too much trouble for them from Mai who collected my husband from our home to Karen who personally delivered my husband’s ashes back to me. I will forever be grateful to Karen for her kindness and understanding during this devastating time for me. Thank you is not enough.

Karyn at Basic country cremations was absolutely amazing to deal with for my Dad’s cremation. She went out of her way to ensure we had his ashes for his memorial, and constantly checked in to make sure we were ok. Cannot recommend Karyn enough, thank you for all of your support during such a terrible time.
