This dumpling flour is awesome, it is so easy to work with and I have been experimenting with fillings since finding this product. My current favourite is pot sticker dumplings with vegetable, ginger and coriander filling and even my non coeliac partner loves to eat them!

The dough makes the most perfect dumplings that are light and chewy, and they are so easy to make. The dough is a dream to work with, and they work perfectly every. single. time! The House of Goodness dumpling mix has been a game changer for me and my family of coeliacs. Foolproof to use, seems to make endless dumplings and so delicious. We've never succeeded at making GF dumplings until now so we don't have to miss out anymore! Still have yet to try the spring onion pancake version but we're excited for that too.

After many failed attempts at making my own gluten free dumpling dough with other gluten free flours, I was delighted to discover that this dumpling mix was unbelievably easy to use and the results were fantastic. The 20 second blitz of the flour, oil and water in the food processor was a breeze and rolling out the dough was incredibly easy as the dough stayed stretchy and didn’t crumble. The resulting pork and prawn dumplings were crisp, crunchy and delicious. There was no compromise in texture or flavour for being gluten free – and having lived in Hong Kong I know my dumplings. Can’t wait to try shallot pancakes with this flour.

We decided to try these delicious dumplings as I was looking for a product that used high quality ingredients. So far we have eaten the Pork & Shallot and the Chicken & Shiitake dumplings. The dumplings are absolutely delicious, the instructions on how to serve are great. I'm happy I've found such a great product that is made locally and I now have something tasty to offer to my gluten-free friends!

I’ve never had dumplings before (I’m Coeliac), so I was very excited when I found these mixes!I made them tonight and my non GF husband said they were as good as any he has had elsewhere!I absolutely loved them!I made a chicken and prawn mix and a vegetable mix and cooked them three different ways.I made pot stickers (which were juicy and beautifully cooked), steamed some in the steamer kit I bought with the mixes (which were slightly ‘bouncy’ and then I boiled some in broth (they came out silky).I am a massive fan and will be making these often!
