Went to Coyles, but they didn’t have the item I was planning to purchase.

pretty helpful in upgrading my chainsaw ready for the winter :)

Had my MS251 serviced here at Coyles chainsaw shop, once I got it back I cut about 1/3 of a load of wood when my saw completely stopped. At this point it had only run on the fuel they had put in at the service. I couldn't get the saw started again so I took it back and once they had a look at it they told me the piston and cylinder was scored and the saw was essentially a write off as it had run without 2-stroke oil in the fuel mix.They then refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused in the service and refused to fix or replace it.They tried to tell me I had cause the damage with my own fuel which is incorrect as I also have a Stihl MS171 and a FS45 (whipper snipper) running on my fuel with no issues or damage and the fuel has all come out of the same tin.I've always used Stihl products and will continue to do so, but this dealership is not even second rate, where the team don't know what they're doing and are extremely rude...This will inevitably cost you some serious cash as it has with me.There is absolutely no way I'd recommend using them.

Called about a safety recall and got nothing but abruptness/rudeness from the receptionist. Also does not know safety recall procedure, I had to get Honda to call them to explain the procedure. In the end I'm just taking it to Perth where they know what they are doing.

A totally unreliable business with a very rude and arrogant lady at the counter. Dropped in a grass cutter a couple of weeks ago to have the fuel system cleaned out, went back twice to collect, including the second time on the day / date that she told me it would be ready - to find both times that the work had not even been started. The response offered by the ignorant person behind the counter was basically if you're not happy
