Went in here today to purchase a pair of ray ban for myself and a pair for my daughters Christmas when I was very rudely spoken to by your assistant with other customers in the shop. How can you possibly hire staff with such arrogance and lack of manners ! My wife and I left in disbelief and took our business elsewhere.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses today there was an older lady who worked in the store who was extremely unhelpful and rude. If I didn't need the sunnies I wouldn't have purchased from there. She was completely up herself and needs to learn about customer service.

The two ladies that served me in Hastings Street, Noosa store were very helpful and had great knowledge on the glasses I was purchasing. They also had a really lovely demeanour.

Loved my recent experience at Sunglass Hut on Hastings Street. I have been welcomed by lovely Lucy who took time to help me find a pair of sunglasses for my partner and myself. I struggle to find glasses for myself and Lucy gave me good advice so I ended up buying 2 pairs and I love them!Lucy was very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable with an outstanding customer service skills.Shop was quite busy but the atmosphere was relaxed. I am retail Leader myself and I appreciate receiving superb service. Lucy is a credit to the store and it should be recognised. I am looking forward coming back for another pair of sunglasses very soon:)

Had the best experience the other day. I have been eyeing off these Prada sunglass for a week now…I came back to look at the them again and Lucy who works at sunglass hut was helping me choose. She was so helpful and respectful, and helped me make a decision.I brought them. I will definitely come back just to talk with Lucy and her opinion.If your in need of new sunglasses or just want another pair, go and see Lucy☀️

Great experience in this store. Went in just to browse and walked out with 2 new sets of glasses! The young lady working in the store was awesome, no pressure to make a sale, cleaned the older pair of Ray Bans I walked in wearing, and even checked their store prices against what my local sunglass hut sells the same glasses for at home to make sure I wasn’t unnecessarily spending more as I wasn’t in a rush. She also took the time to explain the tourist refund scheme (that I hadn’t known existed prior) which saved me the 10% sales tax once I had departed Australia! Thanks!
