The older gentleman who served us was extremely rude. When we called the manager to explain what had happened she dismissed and constantly interrupted us then hung up abruptly.

This is a great BWS alongside the Bright Woollies. It has a good selection of local wines from the region. The car park can get a little busy in the even seasons like Christmas. The customer service staff are awesome. Prices are reasonable and like all BWS stores the specials are really good. Very clean and good looking store. Highly recommend if you are in the gorgeous town of Bright.
