Very disappointed, I phoned last Thursday with a problem with my roller door and now almost a week later I have still had no reply. Luckily another roller door repairer in Taree came on Friday and fixed it. For that company I gave 5 stars , this one I would give 0 if I could. A phone call in reply would have been polite.

Can't thank Peter enough, called in the afternoon, he organised an electrician to install a powerpoint to install the motor for the automation. Came the next morning, installed everything and serviced the door itself, all perfect

What an AWESOME TEAM we only contacted them late on Friday 21.10.2022 and by 2.00 pm today 24.10.2022 they had replaced our broken springs on our Steel-Line panel lift garage door in Stratford. Dissappointed, text messages not answered, verbal quote only, not written. Appointment made but not attended, when called voiced my disapproval, hung up on and accused of abusing wife, luckily on hands-free so witnesses. Told to go elsewhere - best advise!!

I am very impressed with the service that P & D Garage Doors gave this week. I phoned on Monday morning, and by 11am I had received an SMS to say that Peter would be there to inspect the door in 5 minutes. He organised his staff to attend and replace the garage door controller that afternoon, when I received another SMS that they would arrive in 22 minutes. They did, and everything was done by 3pm. Great service!

New garage door installed but doesn’t work properly. Despite numerous undertakings to come and fix the problem no one ever shows up. My advice is go elsewhere for your garage door.
