Don't rent with them. Rude RUDE RUDEservice. Won't fix anything and blamed owners for not having any money to fix even a leaking toilet!

They where great to me I was in a crises and what wonderful, caring staff and property managers who gave me a place to call home.And its not the real estates fault or responsibility as some home owners ie landlord's may not be able to afford large repairs SO THANK YOU FALK & CO

Absolutely disgusted how this realestate is very rude and unpleasant when doing a open house inspection and also the front desk lady is out right disgustly rude! And when u do apply for the house they dont even let u know is absolutely disgusting the lack of communication and also when u take you paperwork in the front desk lady reads it when shes not aloud to as it has to go straight to the property manager. Untrustworthy people. Very unhappy customer. Pity I cant go lower than 1 star.

The receptionist wasn't kind at all. A year ago, I asked her buy a house but she didn't ask me any information. It feels like Huh, you have enough money for that? I won't contract with them.

I contacted Falk & Co through their website asking to arrange a viewing for a rental property. I received an email saying they have an open house the following day at 12pm, however I was unable to get there due to work so tried calling the agent's number several times with no answer, then left a message and still never got a reply! Very disappointing!!! I guess they know they will find somebody, so don't have to go out of their way to do anything.

The worst renting experience of my life-took 2 months to fix the heating in the house I rented during winter-lost the payment of my bond they said I never paid it- I had to get written proof from my bank that I had paid it-unfriendly and dishonest with their demenour-not once visited the property for a check-refused to fix things that were brokenMuch better off going with a different company
