Install a Veranda

The one on one engagement with the staff were good, from Elana from reception, David the salesperson, to Matt the installer. They were pleasant to deal with, listened well and knowledgeable. The verandah roof installed looks good but yet to be trialled out with a heavy down pour.. hoping all goes well! One suggested area for improvement would be that I had to make a few follow ups on the timing of the next steps". A more proactive and timely advice to clients on next steps would be good. Hoping I will give a 5 star rating

Extremely poor service. The after installation support is very very bad. Highly recommend not to use this company. Their warranty is just on paper & they don’t fix issues.I have been following up with them for almost a year to get the leaks fixed. Whenever it rains the celling leaks. They tried to fix it twice but still there are leaks.I am still following up with them to get the issue resolved ! It’s a never ending struggle to get this company fix the issues.

It's not a fast process - took just under 5 months from accepting the quote to the verandah being installed - but I'm really happy with it. The service was very professional throughout.The installer did a fantastic job and obviously took pride in his work.Yes, I would recommend.

Paul and Jay came to put up our new pergola we ordered through install a veranda and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did, they were professional, polite and did such a tidy job! our magnificent huge veranda has just been installed, 1 month earlier than expected and the install took a day less than expected. the whole process went as smooth as silk, Paul and Joe our installers were the part that pulled it all together. Their professionalism shone through in every aspect of the install, battling the elements, overcoming the unseen problems with calm and amazing knowledge and ability. Never have we been treated so well and felt so confident in a trade person and they worked tirelessly to beat the rain without the usual LOUD music going constantly, refusing the bonus we offered for affording us such a great experience. Our experience with Instal a Veranda has been very positive from the get go, when Anna came over to give us the quote to the last day of the project. A triangle veranda with council twists and all handle very professionally. The installers did a great job, very competent, professional, friendly, courteous, took pride in their work, we highly recommend them.
