I've been working with Amy from Horizon for a little while now and couldn't have formed a better partnership. From day one Amy created an exceptional relationship with us to help us achieve our goals and she's both presented and facilitated to our group multiple times, and I have to say this is something she specifically excels at - as evidenced by the fact we keep getting her to come back and work with us! Amy has really shaped and educated my thoughts on what modern HR practices are - and our definition of teams and what that means to productivity is so different to when we started thanks to Amy.
