I am a aged care work and shop for many of my clients. On Monday 19.12.22 l was shopping for a client who had requested a few items l was not familiar with. After spending a fair amount of time looking for these items and still could not locate them, l approached a young female staff member for some help.She found one if the items l wanted in seconds but couldn't find the other. As l was running out of time l thanked for her help and went to the checkout.While l was loading my items onto the conveyer belt, the same staff member approached me with a big smile and the missing item in her hand.I don't know the young ladies name but the customer service she gave to me was extra special and deserved to be praised.And just to add to my day, l was being service at checkout 3 and the lady who was cashing up was sent to lunch just as l was next in line. The young lady who had help me then cashed me out.Sorry l do not know her name, but 1 was at the check stand at 12.55pm.

Staff here are always willing to help, even during peak times, where it gets every busy. Deli is good with plenty of options, meat section ok always stocked but get in early. Oh and bakery, bread tends to sell out.

Plenty of staff. 6 staff got eye contact and avoided me. One finally served a staff member then said il be with you in a minute. I never complain but I'm glad they don't work in a business for me.

Big store. Clean. Has everything you need. Including limited hardware, electrical, etc. Very good for a regional store. Also has BWS attached for all alcohol drinks. Prices are higher than Aldi.

Woolworths is Woolworths, not much to say about this one, if you need groceries, go here if your staying on the Island. Staff are friendly and they've always got plenty of stock available to purchase.

This ratings refers to the click and collect. I waited 15 minutes in the car bay! Apparently a lady came out straight away and didn't see a car. I can assure I was in the bay when I clicked the link to say I was parked up! To top it off Apparently it was my fault I should have yelled out. Lol I might aswell just don't your job too.
