I had foot surgery over a year ago and have only just been able to start walking for exercise .Once I started I was feeling so good however I stayed feeling pain in my knees.It was upsetting to know I was just getting back on track and pain was stopping me again.I went to see Wade at central Physio and health.Wade took the time to find out my issues and I felt great knowing someone finally understood was I was going through. I received massive knee surgery back in August. The physiotherapist I initially went to at a different Gold Coast clinic was awful so I decided to try this place. I have suffered many injuries throughout my sports career and this is quite honestly the BEST service I’ve ever experienced. Vianna is the physiotherapist that is helping me and is extremely knowledgeable, energetic, and attentive. I have had physiotherapy around the world (Including 3 different countries) and this is the best experience hands down. Highly recommend Vianna - absolute legend!

Without exaggeration, going to Central Physio & Health and connecting with Vianna has changed my life. I initially sought her help with a herniated disc and chronic lower back pain that had failed to improve with five other physiotherapists over more than two years. Vianna was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and very focused, so she was able to pack as much education, treatment, and exercise into every session we had together. The work I did with her enabled me to finally get through my day without pain, and to regain my ability to lift and carry weight. And then, when I unexpectedly got cancer and my body was wracked with pain after 5 months of chemo and bed rest, Vianna helped me rebuild my strength and I am once more independent. I now recommend her to everyone in my life who suffers from injuries and chronic pain and my family, friends, and coworkers have all expressed just as much awe and appreciation for Vianna as I feel.

Wade was very informative and talked me through all the techniques and movements he was applying as well as the reasoning behind it. The increase in range of movement and decrease in pain after my first session was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

This place gives the most professional, high-level and experienced care on the coast! Wade Brennan and John Macansh are both amazing physiotherapists who are genuinely passionate about helping people not just rehabilitate from injuries but also to prevent more injuries from happening in the first place. They have both saved me from having to have spinal surgery for a disc profusion at L4-5, and my weekly strength and conditioning class with John is something that I would not miss for anything. He makes me feel so safe, so comfortable, and I really appreciate the extra time and effort he takes to monitor my back, tailor specific exercises to suit my level of tolerance, and also to explain the physiology behind the movements he directs me to do. Also, Letitia is the loveliest receptionist you will ever meet. Thank you SO MUCH guys for the excellent service! I feel so lucky to come here as a client :)

Highly recomend the team at Central Physio, great position in the middle of Surfers right besides EMF gym at Circle On Cavil. The guys are super friendly and most importantly know what they are doing ! And the receptionist gave me a good laugh !!!

I had been searching for a new physiotherapist for a while and was extremely impressed with the detailed website for Central Physio & Health. Once doing all my research on the therapists, their backgrounds and areas of expertise, I booked in with Wade. I then received a welcome email from the system and one from Wade 2 days later also which included a welcome video and a guide with the 5 steps to prepare for the session. As someone who likes to make the most of a physio visit, I really appreciated being able to complete the 'new client timesaver form' which allowed me to explain in detail before the session my reasons for the visit, my expectations and goals. On arrival I was warmly greeted by the Client Assistant Leticia and also by another of the physios...first impressions go a long way and this set the positive tone for the session ahead! My hour with Wade was indeed beneficial...I felt very comfortable with him and his earlier email to me validated his excellent communication skills in person with his clients. He found great value in my 'time saver' form and delved into it a little bit more before the treatment started and I very much appreciated his acknowledgement of a holistic view and the many factors beyond the physical pain as to why I wanted treatment. I'm looking forward to continuing my sessions with Wade leading towards less pain and discomfort in my daily life.
