Cammeray Yoga
If you are looking for a wonderful caring environment to either commence your yoga experience or continue on your yoga journey and are lucky enough to live not too far from Cammeray this is the place to come. I was lucky enough to find this studio a few years ago, breath focused asana classes in the tradition of T Krishnamacharya , the father of modern yoga taught by well trained teachers, in a bright and calm environment. Cannot recommend highly enough. I am a yoga teacher myself and choose attend classes here as part of my yoga life. I learn something new every time I go. Thank you Lisa and Michael and all the team at Cammeray Yoga.
