I was with safeguard for 9 years before I cancelled my policy and moved to other. They used to be good but now they are lazy, lack of communication, rude, unprofessional...I requested to cancel the policy 12 months ago by email.and phone. They confirmed that policy is now cancelled but Berry Nweman person who who was person in charge didn't do the job properly (not friendly) and let the policy alive.

I totally aggree with Paul (a previous review) here, I was with SIB however they just told me essentially to take a walk and take my business elsewhere. I would recomend you find another broker.

Through such a daunting experience, sib (in particular Gerry) made the whole process easy and they have always been there for us when we need ever since. We recently had to lodge a claim - another daunting experience, Gerry has been amazing to step us through and help us feel at ease. Sib offer a superior service and I highly recommend them for both personal and business insurance needs.
