Grubby, wanted to use pokies but room is closed. Barmaid was nice. Place looks like it needs love. No food available as no cook.

Had a fantastic overnight stop last night, the room is a small pub room with some quite nice additions including a tv, with an electric blanket on the queen-size bed and a vey comfortable fluffy doona, excellent linen and quite large bathroom towels, the showers and toilets just a couple of rooms away.Had dinner in the restaurant which was overflowing with hungry patrons including us, the menu items are reasonably priced along with affordable wines by the bottle, the publican Darren Coles was run off his feet trying to juggle an extra 30 walk ins.A continental breakfast is included in the Tarif, car parking is off street or in the Main Street, plus there’s room for caravans behind the pub with only unpowered sites available.This pub it’s staff did a fantastic job with amazing food and very efficient service.Go no further this pub deserves my 5 star rating.

No it was terrible booked in 3 months ahead to be told the pub was closed could not accommodate us. No refund left stranded for the night. Traved 400ks not happy.

Great country pub in a great little town. The accommodation is clean and comfortable (got a good night's sleep here). Awesome staff. The front bar has a ton of character. See if you can spot the old clock that's stuck at 6 o'clock and then ask one of the locals about it...

Cheap, and perfect to visit the surroundings. I booked a room with two single beds. The room was quite small but enough to sleep, beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was super clean, a little bit old but that’s all right ! The host is so kind and friendly. I recommend !

WOW! What a meal, the best pub dining experience I've had in a long time. Went the standard chicken parmi but it was way above standard, great chips and fantastic variety of home made salad. The atmosphere was wonderful too. it's a pity I hear it's changing owners, the new pubican will have a lot to live up to

We old grey nomads parked our van behind the pub and were there in pub for pizza night!Bloody beautiful pizza only matched by the hospitality/ the real deal people..husband and wife who were more than caring!.A fabulous evening with great people!.Thank you.PS was state of origin evening.My hubby had a ball with the locals and owners.Garry and Pauline / Tassie nomads.

I just had a massive hunk of perfectly cooked juicy chicken parmi. The salad bar was the icing on the cake, with a good selection of again very tasty salads. 5 stars for quality of food and very friendly service of the currently managing couple. Fingers crossed it stays that way :)

We stayed in our van out the back and purchased a meal + drink. Very welcoming stay! The couple who run it are just lovely and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a cute little pub!
