The Hair Lab

Hairlab is one of the best barber shop around the Eastern Suburbs. Staffs are very experienced catering the best service and I have been a regular customer for the past 4 years. Would highly recommend this place, and pretty sure you would be feeling absolutely fresh after a haircut here.

After reading all the current reviews of Hair Lab I knew this was the barber for me. How could I resist such a potentially bizarre experience? I was really hoping ridge would be around to cuss me out and mock my weight. I also hoped to get an inexperienced barber to snip away precariously around my ears.But alas my desire for a strange hairdressing experience would go unaddressed! Although not a warm and welcoming environment I found the service to be prompt and professional. My barber barely batted an eyelid at my biological sex (female) and request for a short back and sides. He jumped straight in to the cut, clippers set at number 3 in hand, buzz buzz snip and it was all over. My hair was dressed as you see in the attached image. Satisfaction and a smile guaranteed. Thank you hair lab, simply, thank you.Edit update*******Dining across the road some time later with my close friend in tow we realised that no attempt had been made to remove the hairs that had been clipped. As a result I shed massively throughout the afternoon and suffered a very itchy scalp. Tempted though I was to remove a star from my review I thought I would let this error slide this one time. Beware buyer, for sometimes you shall get burned...

Great service (had my hair cut with scissors), great value!

Just terrible. was a regular here for a while as did not know better. Would wait ages for head barber who would do a half decent job every 1 in 4 haircuts.With so many barbers around you can find better.

It was my first hair cut in Sydney, my barber was Bruno, he has a wonder skill of haircutting and a sense of humour! So I strongly recommend you to have a haircut in the hair lab!

I must say anytime I have been to hair lab they have never failed with my experience .. good chat and great haircutI was in on Wednesday and a young guy Bruno cut my hair, I can honestly say he has given me the best haircut I have ever gotten …. Understood the shape of my head and worked around it to give me the best cut suited , also gave me advice on how to style it everydayWill definitely make sure this is where I always get my haircut from everytime !!!People are also giving me compliments on itCheers Boys

Absolutely love coming to the hair lab, the lads definitely are fun and always respectful. Apart from their personalities, their skill is killer! I’ve been cutting here for over 5 years and couldn’t pick a specific barber to cut with so I cut with all 3, great place to come highly recommended

Been here 3 times now, each time my haircut has been really great. I got a medium skin fade the second time and a low texture skin fade the last time. My barber for the last two times has been Bruno and he’s amazing at fades. Highly recommended!
