Spartans Reformer Pilates

Spartans Reformer pilates is such a welcoming environment and I've found the variety in instructors and styles of classes to be just what I needed to mix up my training routine. The instructors always give options for exercises and levels to suit different abilities and fitness levels. Even working around shift work I find the timetable offers plenty of class options that work and it's easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. Love it here and would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence about giving pilates a go!

Spartans Reformer Pilates is a wonderful space for strengthening and getting back into moving your body. Really enjoyed the session and plan to go back again and again. Looking for something that muscle and core focused so this really helps.Tahlia is awesome and patient and adjusts workouts to suit everyone. Loved it!

I was so nervous to return to formal exercise after having my two kids, but I have genuinely had THE BEST experience with Spartan’s Reformer Pilates!! All of the instructors are super friendly and so knowledgeable, they make each class fun and challenging, always giving options to suit the abilities of different participants. On top of that, all of the other clients I’ve interacted with are lovely too, so much support flowing in every class.

I was always hesitant about trying reformer pilates but decided to jump in earlier this year and I'm so glad I did.Spartan's provid an inviting studio space and the instructors are fabulous - always fun, encouraging and offer options of levels for you depending on what level you are at or how you are feeling on the day.Highly recommend
