Simply the WORST Maccas in my experience. If you want a proper burger made in reasonable time by and adequately staffed team - go to Elsternwick. The operator at this particular franchise couldn’t give two rats about what he puts out and the poor staff here are overwhelmed and consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had is the result. If I hadn’t seen a fast food team put together a relatively easy order with very relative precision I wouldn’t comment but this was truly another notch in the belt of truly BAD experiences. Sad for the money I’ve spent - won’t be coming back; however hopeful the staff can read this and ask for a transfer. Unfortunately the previous reviews ring true - this is one extraordinarily BAD Maccas.

We ordered a double cheeseburger at this place it was drive through.When we got home it was terrible the cheese wasn’t melted, it was cold and the patty looked old. We only live 5 minutes away. I recommend to stay away from this branch

Just ordered a delivery through menu log and to my surprise they got my order wrong again!Why is it so hard to get it right!I have actually lost count as to how many times my delivery is wrong.I don't care how much they may hate tbeir job. Please just get it right! It's not hard!!!And you have to laugh when the receipt with my actual order is correct but what I got is not!!!!Please help me to understand why!!

I ordered a frozen coke via drive through, it was ridiculously over filled that there was a pool of frozen coke on the top of the lid, and the moment it was passed to me it spilled all over my car and my white pants that had just been dry cleaned the day prior.Seriously, how hard is it to fill a cup with a frozen drink?

Terrible experience in terms of food quality and service! I specifically asked for large coke NO ICE and what did they do? Of course, add the ice to halfway and expect me to pay $4 for an ice cup! I tried to take the drink back and demand another one according to my order but they said if I wanted one with no ice, I would have to pay for another one! The Big Mac was ATROCIOUS, now costs $10, was nothing like what it was 3 years ago and on top of that, they only gave me a miserable slice of lettuce with a patty that looked like it was made last month. The cheeseburger was...DISAPPOINTING... Cheese was lopsided, ONLY TWO PICKLES??? I also ordered a large fries but it was soggy and obviously had been sitting under heat since the shop opened (I know this for a fact as I have previously worked in the fast food industry). I understand that inflation may be the cause of this but at least improve your team service and customer skills. C'mon, McDonald's this was nothing like you 3 years ago.

Writing this review on the service we received as of right now . The platinum Blonde girl at the drive through register rushed our order and then once we ordered one thing she said drive through… we wanted to order more ??? Is this a joke lol. I get working in hospitality can be exhausting however being a genuine human isn’t hard. Not a great encounter. This is a major area of improvement

Received wrong order. Receipt clearly ripped off. Looks like someone (driver or staff) has tried to hide their mistake of mixing up orders. Very dodgy. To add more salt to wound, I received some psychopath's 'Big Mac', which was literally just meat and tomato sauce. No special Big Mac sauce, no onion, no pickle, no lettuce. Just meat, cheese and tomato sauce.

We’d neglected the grocery shop so Maccas to the rescue for a quick late working from home lunch. I don’t know if it was because it was outside of the typical busy lunch period (about 3pm) but the chips were definitely not fresh. I requested the burger without sauce so that had to be made fresh. Definitely not as tasty without said sauce but that was my choice
