If I could leave a review without a star, I would. I have never had dealings with people who are this incompetent at what they do, and then expect to get paid for it. This may be down to limited individuals who I've been in contact with, although as a generalisation this is not a business I'd ever recommend.

Tried to reinstate landord insurance. Completed a new application form last week and tried to organise payment friday and check whether i have cover. Advised everyone in a meeting and that i needed to email_ which i did. Email back today said no cover and to do application again. Rang company today and was advised gentleman handling it is on leave so therefore have to start again. Oh, and also advised they don't have a complaints department.

I have no idea what Russel Knight is on about but after reading his other reviews he seems a very disgruntled individual. Good luck trying to make him happy.I was referred to Honan by a friend. Having dealt with many brokers over the years these guys know what customer service is all about. They're straight talkers with a can-do attitude. A special shout out to Steve Pappas for going above the call of duty. Thanks

Had difficulty finding insurer but they sorted us in no time. The sales guys work really well as a team and Kevin there was fast and responsive. Great company and people. Highly recommend.
